Appointments booked through ClassPass are subject to all spa policies.

As ClassPass is an independent booking platform, we do not determine or have visibility into its membership plans, credit system, or the amount paid by guests for their reservations. As a result, a percentage-based gratuity cannot be calculated on ClassPass bookings.

To recognize your therapist's time, expertise, and professional care, a minimum gratuity of $15 CAD is collected at the spa for all ClassPass appointments and is paid directly to your therapist.

By booking and confirming a ClassPass reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Habibi Spa invoices in Canadian currency. All prices listed, unless otherwise stated, are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) before taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Habibi Spa reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service (or any portion or content of any service) without notice and at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any change in price, suspension or discontinuation of service.

A valid credit card is required to secure all group reservations of three (3) or more guests at Habibi Spa Inc.

Habibi Spa Inc. reserves the right to cancel any reservation associated with an invalid or declined credit card.

Cancellations must be completed through the confirmation link provided in your booking confirmation email via our online booking system. If the cancellation option is no longer available, this indicates that the cancellation window has passed. In such cases, you are required to contact Habibi Spa Inc. directly to cancel your reservation.

Habibi Spa Inc. shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, force majeure events such as war, government actions or restrictions, transportation disruptions, severe or adverse weather conditions, power or utility failures, financial crises, labour disputes, epidemics, and pandemics.

All guests of Habibi Spa Inc. are required to complete and sign a liability waiver upon arrival, as a condition of receiving services. The waiver outlines the scope of responsibility and releases Habibi Spa Inc. from liability for loss, damage, injury, illness, or other matters as set out within the waiver, to the extent permitted by applicable law in Ontario.

Guests who choose not to sign the required waiver may be refused service. In such cases, any applicable cancellation or no-show policy will apply, and refunds will not be issued where services were reserved or time was allocated in advance.

Habibi Spa is concerned about the privacy of its guests and undertakes to respect it. This policy has been formulated to inform all guests of Habibi Spa Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws in Ontario and Canada.

Personal information is collected, used, or disclosed only with the individual’s knowledge and consent, except where otherwise permitted or required by law. Consent may be obtained when a client voluntarily provides information by email, registers for a service, books an appointment, creates a profile, or participates in a promotion or similar activity through Habibi Spa Inc. channels.

In order to safely provide guests with the requested services, Habibi Spa reserves the right to ask its guests to provide personal information or supporting documents off and when necessary.

Photographs, videos, or any form of digital or social media content captured at Habibi Spa Inc. may not be used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Habibi Spa Inc.

Please inform our Spa Coordinator prior to booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, are pregnant, or have any other medical conditions or physical concerns that may affect your treatment. For your safety and well-being, all guests will be required to complete a brief health history form upon check-in.

For the comfort and safety of all guests and staff, outside food, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within Habibi Spa Inc. The use or consumption of tobacco and cannabis products is also not permitted on the premises.

Habibi Spa Inc. reserves the right to refuse service or request the removal of any guest whose conduct is deemed inconsistent with the Spa’s code of ethics, values, or standards of behaviour.

All interactions at Habibi Spa Inc., including those on its social media platforms and websites, are expected to be respectful, courteous, and professional. Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behaviour toward staff or other guests is strictly prohibited.

Habibi Spa Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct or communications that are defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, vulgar, or otherwise offensive, as well as any behaviour involving threats or violence. Guests who violate these standards may be refused service or asked to leave the premises without compensation, where permitted by law.
